Drainage profiles in ORD_set up

Hi, how do you set up drainage profiles in ORD? Is this necessary to have Drawing Seed (using Named Boundary tool) with annotation to generate such profiles? Print screen below - from videos on YT
Can I disable the automatically generated labels in drainage profiles?
