Power inroads (ss10) with open roads technology

Has any one seen this error. The corridor was working the week of 8-14-23, now when I process the corridor I am getting this error. I tried a back up file from last Thursday and I still get this error...

I could swear I used to do this, but I could also be mistaken. Is it possible to place a half or quarter ellipse tangent to two lines?
