Horizontal Interval reports -Xsl report

I am trying to create a horizontal report which is required at a particular interval. I almost got to this point(Images attached). Only issue is that I need only start and End Stations of an Alignment...
ORD, Station base report of features in fixed interval.

In the older versions of Inroads it was possible to chose random multilabel features. From that generate a report where all reported XYZ of each features were in same chainages. I can not get this to work...
Template Display in cross section view and or pdf

Some components of my template does not display properly both in cross section view and or in pdf format. On the left side (please see below), you can see the end conditions displayed as dots instead...

Does OpenRoads allow for slope annotations on linear templates when annotating cross sections? My annotations on traditional corridors work fine, but do not function on elements withing a linear template...
