Has anyone had any luck getting the FDOT tools in 2022 R2 (10.12) working on projectwise?

We have compared the configs between 10.10 and 10.12 and cannot seem to find the difference other than the nomenclature. It works fine locally, and can manually load the tools after some convincing. Wanted...
