List generating in the wrong order

I've never seen this before on my last page private table. We haven't changed anything on this report in a long time and we've never changed anything on the last page table. The other hole on this project...
Logs showing depth and samples only?

I am trying to generate a log which shows only depth, samples and remarks - I have no geology for the borehole. Is this possible?
