You can re-send a Welcome Email from OpenGround Professional by going to System>Manage Users>Welcome Emails for the desired recipient(s).

The OpenGround Launcher can be downloaded from the Bentley’s Software Downloads page here . You will need to contact one of your Bentley Account Administrators if you do not have sufficient rights to access Software Downloads.
