If you run the Launcher and find you don't have a Cloud database to select this could be caused by an account mismatch.
Check which email address you use to login to the Connect Client, then have the OpenGround Admin user login to the Cloud database…
The OpenGround Launcher can be downloaded from the Bentley’s Software Downloads page here .
You will need to contact one of your Bentley Account Administrators if you do not have sufficient rights to access Software Downloads.
