  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

    The following role-based access control (RBAC) is now available for Queries: Create New Query, Read Shared Query, Delete Shared Query, Rename Shared Query, Export Queries/Folder, Promote to Shared Query, and Set Advanced Mode. These options are located in Data Manager Administration.

  • Tag Browser - Freeze / Unfreeze Columns

    PlantSight now makes it easier to view grids in the Tag Browser, by allowing you to freeze columns so that they always remain visible when scrolling. Simply select which the column(s) to freeze or unfreeze by toggling the Freeze/Unfreeze icons (    /   ), using the Column Options for Grid (  ) feature.   • Data Manager Administration - Clean Tag Register

    You now have the ability to release reserved tags on a PlantSight project. The Clean Tag Register utility is accessible from Administration (  ) > Data manager, > Clean tag register.   • Widgets - My Work

    The My Work widget replaces the Notifications widget. This widget displays the forms that have been assigned to you. Each item includes information about the form itself, who issued it, and color-coded due date to help identify new, pending, and overdue forms. 
    Selecting a form opens the form in the Forms dashboard so that you can review, edit, and even close the form.

  • Role Based Access Control

    Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) restricts network access based on a person's role within a project. We can define Roles such as Create Tag, Edit Tag, Delete Tags and can restrict users as needed.

    You can now launch Bentley Forms Designer directly from a Project. This streamlines creating forms such as daily logs, clash detections, safety lists, and basically any form that can assist you and your Team.
