No visibility into ODC Reading Requests activity when requests are to be fulfilled by the OnPrem ODC Agent Service.
To help monitor activity ODC activity when OnPrem Agent is involved, add the following configuration to the Enterprise/Services/ODC/Data Sources tab to follow Reading Requests made to the OnPrem Agent:
*Although On-premise ODC pending request objects do not have a User Interface, their attributes can be queried using a configuration.
The On-Prem Status will tell you the following:
Waiting to send – Request has not been picked up successfully by the On Prem Agent
Sent to on-premises – Request has been picked up by On-Prem Agent
Received – Request’s reading result is received into the staging table and is waiting to be processed by the ODC Service Provider
Processed successfully – a reading has been added to the indicator
Processed with warnings
Processed with errors
Grouping by status can provide a helpful view of what is going on.
If you have multiple DataSources, you can add this relationship attribute to the configuration and group by Datasource also.
