Background

The Light Manager includes the option to set Solar Position by City, we deliver a default list of cities. This list can be customized to suit your region in 'globcity.dat' file. After customizing you can find that some regional language are not displaying properly. e.g. after adding few Swedish countries like Växjö, Örebro it is not properly showing in ABD CE Light Manager. Please see the attached screenshots.

Method

'globcity.dat' file is Encoded in 'UTF-8' format. We need to change the Encoding Format to 'ANSI' system. Open the particular file using text editor (such as Notepad++). Type those city names once again. Now change the encoding system to 'ANSI' and then save the file. Please go through the attached screenshot.

Now open ABD CE once again go to Light Manager. City names will be properly shown. Please go through the attached screenshot.
