Problem

Sometimes whenever I open any DGN file this message will pop up:

Solution 

This issue is related to reinforcement display parameters. If there is a new addition to these parameters and you don't have these changes for a build you are using, this dialog may pop up to inform you that the new parameters are being added.

To solve this issue you simply need to click on the ‘Proceed’ button.

After doing so if this message still persists you should generate a new set of preferences as outlined in this wiki.
