MicroStation CONNECT Edition will not start.
If you have received no error notifications during the installation of MicroStation CONNECT Edition, but the application will not start and you do not receive any error messages then it could be your antivirus software that blocks the startup.
Solution is to turn off the antivirus (including anti-spyware) software and try and start MicroStation CONNECT Edition. If you can successfully start the application with the antivirus turned off, then you need to add MicroStation CONNECT Edition to the Safe Applications/Programs list in the antivirus software.
Remember to turn the antivirus software back on after testing.
