What are some ways to change the display of an attached Raster?
Steps to Resolve
Option 1

Open Raster Manager

Right-click the raster in Raster Manager
- Select "Send To Back"
Option 2

Open the Key-in utility and use a raster key-in such as:
RASTER BACK
RASTER FRONT
RASTER SETPLANE BACKGROUND
RASTER SETPLANE DESIGN
RASTER SETPLANE FOREGROUND
ETC.
