Problem:

After clicking the icon or link to start the application, screen remains blank, application does not start, why?

Solution

While using WinDBG application, AutoPIPE was opened,

The following error occurred:

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for C:\PROGRA~2\WIA6EB~1\Datamnger.dll

Workaround:

Locate and rename / delete the offending DLL.

Close WinDbg dialog and Windows Explorer, restart AutoPIPE

Since this DLL was renamed, AutoPIPE was able to start without issue.
