    Why and how to avoid it.

    Answer:

    Perform the following:

    1. Contact your company appointed Bentley On Site Administrator and ask that:

    a. Does our company have a license for AutoPIPE Vessel?

    If yes. continue below

    If no, someone from your company needs to contact a Bentley Sales person to acquire a license for AutoPIPE Vessel

    b. That you be given entitlements to run AutoPIPE Vessel

    If yes, continue below

    If no, then you cannot run this software.

    c. Please help me log into Connection Client

    Yes, logged into connection client, continue below

    No, cannot connect to Connection Client

    All user must log into Connection Client  in order to continue. Your On site admin should be able to resolve this issue. If not contact Bentley and ask to speak with the licensing department. 

    d. Confirm all Bentley Licensing Tool (BLT) settings, are correct

    + Refresh your Policy

    + Send logs now

    + Run Product Activation

    2. Change License Configuration setting to not use Demo Mode.

    Open AutoPIPE Vessel License Configuration dialog and select a valid selection other than demo model. 

    If program reverts to Demo mode, confirm that you are currently signed into Connection Client, have the correct entitlements in BLT, and try again to select the type of AutoPIPE Vessel license indicated in BLT. 

    If problem continues, contact Bentley Licensing Department.,
