Problem:

Stress Isometric does not create a drawing from AutoPIPE model, why?

Solution:

Virus protection may cause issues with AutoPIPE and OPIM successfully generating a stress Isometric. If a stress iso fails to be generated check the Check Event Viewer results to see what faulting module path DLL is responsible for the issue. Search internet for application that use this DLL

1. hmpalert.dll is a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) file associated with HitmanPro.Alert, a software developed by SurfRight B.V.

The Company's virus protection and malware cleaner require an update to incorporate an exception for both AutoPIPE and OPIM applications. These exceptions should encompass all operations within program folders, their subfolders, as well as user profiles and their subfolders. Aloo exceptions should cover process run by these applications.
