Problem Description
When launching RAM SBeam v6.0, the Usage Reporting Error shown below appears and then the program closes.
Solution
Uninstall all versions on the CONNECTION Client program and then install the current version available from the Software Download page. Click here for Software Download Instructions. A reboot may be required to complete the update of CONNECTION Client.
