Problem Description

After closing a module, Ram Manager fails to recognize the module has been closed. The file gets locked up and RAM Structural System stops responding.

Reason

Some graphics libraries installed with RAM Structural System are not functioning properly.

Steps to Resolve

Run the Task Manager either by pressing the three keys [ctrl] + [alt] + [del] at the same time or searching for “Task Manager” in the Windows menu. Under Processes, you will see that the RAMContainer for Widows is running. Select it and click on End Task.

Exit out from the Task Manager and run RAM Concrete or RAM Beam module. This may fix the issue.

If the problem is not resolved, it is possibly issues with video card drivers, or OpenGL drivers. Please get all the updates from Microsoft. Update to the latest video drivers.

If the issue persists, change the hardware acceleration, either on or off, whatever is opposite of what you have now. in Windows 11 it is on the system->Display->Graphics->Default graphics settings.
In few cases, changing the resolution has helped.
