Whitelist *.Bentley.com AND *.signalr.net, or the following. A description of each domain's purpose is provided below:
- buddi.bentley.com – Provides current URLs for services so that addresses need not be hard-coded into client products. HTTPS – Simple post / get requests asking for a URL by name and returning the latest location URI
- ims.bentley.com – Authenticates a Bentley user to utilize Bentley online services. OAUTH Protocols over HTTPS
- usermanagement.bentley.com – Bentley’s IMS User Management portal, Used to administer IMS logins. HTTPS Traffic
- waz-search.bentley.com – Search service that Bentley applications use to retrieve user profile data and notifications. HTTPS traffic, simple POSTS and GETS
- connect-agreement.bentley.com – Confirms whether a user has accepted the EULA yet. HTTPS traffic, simple POSTS and GETS
- connect-ulastm.bentley.com – Various web services used for activating products and tracking product usage. Mandatory for using SES software. HTTPS, POSTS, GETS, Details of what software was used when, by what machine and user
- connect.bentley.com – Suggests helpful blogs and guides for the products used HTTPS
- connect-updateservicev1.bentley.com - Delivers updates for the CONNECTION Client and other Bentley products HTTPS Web Services
- cdnllnw.bentley.com – CDN file services used to host update files for downloading/installing
- connect-contextregistry.bentley.com – Provides APIs for project and asset information (version 10.00.12.xx and later) HTTPS Web Services
- connect-evaluationentitlementservice.bentley.com – Provides evaluation licenses created in the Subscription Entitlement Service HTTPS Web Services
- connect-notificationservice.bentley.com -- Provides focused notifications to users HTTPS Web Services
- *.signalr.net -- Microsoft hub for real-time information – Provides notifications inside of CONNECTION Client. HTTPS
- connect-contextservices.bentley.com – Provides a key necessary to load background maps

2. You MUST Download and install the latest Connection Client.
You can download CONNECTION Client at this link: CONNECTION Client Page
3. Install Connection Client software, when done, and you MUST reboot the computer.
4. After Reboot, open Connection Client and sign in.
5. Open BLT (Bentley Licensing Tool) and confirm that your email address is below File,

If yes, please continue below.
6. After logging into Connection Client, run Log Collector command - click here for instructions
7. Open Event Viewer, click here, and clear all event logs
8. Try to start AutoPIPE Vessel
9. Does AutoPIPE Vessel start and can the application be used?
If yes, great stop here, send back response that the issue has been resolved, close the case, and continue working
If no, continue below
10. Open Event Viewer again, can create log file click here.
11. Next, open WIKI here, download and install Microsoft's WINDBG application. Follow instructions to generate log file.
12. Send the following information to us in your Bentley Case:

2. Event Viewer Log file
3. WinDBG log file
