1. FYI It is a known issue that the bends from AutoPIPE do not show up in 2019 Plant3d. AutoDesk fixed it in release 2021. The bends show up in Plant2d 2021 with the latest patches installed
2. AutoDESK technical support acknowledged known issues with importing AutoPIPE's PCF file into their software. Contact AutoDESK technical support for details and date of resolution.
